Giới Thiệu: Nội dung: Khán giả lại được gặp lại hai gương mặt cảnh sát quen thuộc Riggs và Murtaugh. Ở lần này, họ phải theo dõi tên trộm Billy Phelps, hắn đã lấy cắp vũ khí từ đồn cảnh sát Los Angeles. Billy sau đó bị sát hại bởi trung úy Jack Edward Travis (Stuart Wilson), một vien cựu cảnh sát thoái hóa, hắn chính là kẻ bán những khẩu súng được lấy trộm từ phòng vật chứng. Leo Getz (Joe Pesci), nhân vật xuất hiện từ phần 2, hiện đang buôn bán bất động sản một cách hợp pháp, cũng có dính líu khi hắn nhận ra khuôn mặt của Travis lúc dừng cuốn băng ghi hình. Trong phần này, Riggs còn gặp những rắc rối đặc biệt với một nữ cảnh sát trẻ trung xinh đẹp – trung sĩ Lorna Cole (Rene Russo) của Sở Nội vụ.
